Every year our school celebrates its foundation day and this year our school known as Ilocos Sur National High School. The School held its foundation day in an extravagant way, many events are to be conducted just like, fields demonstrations in every grade and every teachers in the school field to showcase their talents and skills.
On march 2 marks the 117th Ilocos Sur National High School Day or the foundation day of our school. On this day every students in each grade dances on the field. This year the celebration was a success, every event that our school prepared was conducted without any troubles and that's what made our foundation day a success. A lot of memories was made with my classmates and many of them are to be remembered, though we did not win we still did our best and we are proud for what we have done. We will always cherish that day and the memories that we made.
The High School Day is to commemorate. the Foundation Day is significant since it is the chance to remind the students about the humble beginnings of their educational institution.

My Life
Everyone has dreams. Wether they be to become a scientist and discover new and amazing things, or become a star basketball player and be the highest paid player in the league, people dream about their future. I have dreams for the future just like everyone else. Dreams of the good life, with lots of money, hot girls, and fast cars! And I will do whatever it takes to achieve it.
But with dreams, comes great responsibility. It is just not enough to dream and forget about that dream. Many people dream, but only some wake up and work for it.It is essential to work hard for your dreams. Without this hard work, a dream will only remain a desire in the subconscious mind and will never be achieved.If you don’t have a dream, you can never enjoy the luxuries of life or all that life has to offer. You will never feel that ecstatic feeling of achievement. You will never get pride in what you do and what you have achieved. All these things are necessary for human beings and without these feelings, there is no motivation.
We need to cherish our dreams because in time we will have many challenges and with those challenges you may lose your dream. We must always work hard for our dreams in order to achieve it, just like the saying goes " Work Hard Dream Big" and always remember that we can all achieve our dream if we want it.

Reflection
For the past months I have learned a lot. Before fourth grading i had co clue about the internet access and html tags but after those months i have learned many things, at first it was difficult for me but with the help of my classmates and my teacher i have been able to know what are photoshop and what they are used for. In second grading there were a lot of things to be done but in the end of the day we all managed to finish all and do it all. This fourth grading sure was difficult but with the help of my classmates I managed. I hoping this rd Grading i will be able to learn a lot more and do more things that i haven't done in my whole life, i hope this 4th Grading will further enhance my information about ICT.
Pamana
It is a celebration that lasts from the last week of January up to the first week of February. Included in the course of events is the commemoration of the foundation day of the province. Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the northern part of Luzon. It is a province rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and share their treasures to the whole world, the locals conceived a festival that highlights these cultural traditions and they called it the “Kannadiwan Festival”.
The Kannawidan Festival is usually a very big festival held in Vigan. Kannawidan Festival always has the best events in Vigan, In Tamag Vigan City they hold a very big party in the night with a lot of famous people from around the Philippines acting as guest, host, and sometimes entertainers that entertain people over night and every day until the last day of the festival there always an event held everyday and every event is always fun and to make the people and visitors happy and to show them the beauty of Vigan and its Festivals.They displayed their talents as well as their indigenous costumes. Partuat ken Patanor Trade Fair showcased the products of the province such as longanisa, bagnet, garlic, bibingka, tinubong and many other foods including handicrafts.
This is such a great and important occasion for all the Ilocanos. Because this is the time to reminisce our past, our culture and to treasure it for this is our identity. This is who we are, Ilocanos. I humbly invite all of you to come and see the Vigan and all its festivals it celebrates.

Changes
In my life, I have been exposed to a challenge called change. Change can occur in many different ways and is dealt with in many different ways. I have come to a conclusion that change can be the deepest of all things. I always thought that change occurred when you moved to a state or when you lost someone real close to you. But change always happen and we just don't know or realize it. Change never starts with someone else but usually it start with yourself.
The world we live in now is full of criticism, everywhere you go you are criticized for what you do and that is beginning to tick me off. People always say that you have to change and I think to myself they have to look at it in another perspective, yes change is good but we always have to remember what to change first, we do not make the government change first, we do not make the world change first, and we really cant make our friend change first, we have to always remember that change start with yourself. Change start with yourself because we must look at ourselves very carefully and think of what others think of you and not what we think of others.
So I say now that you can change yourself to be a better man not for others but for yourself. Change may be hard if you think it very carefully, but we must always remember the if there's a will there is always a way. Believe in yourself and always remember that you are not always alone.

Me!
When the clock strikes exactly at 12:00 in morning on January 1 it tells us that the new year has come. Calendars being replaced and another year for us to take. In January 1 there are a lot of things that begin. You could say New Year is the beginning of an end. January 1 marks a new year on the calendar and thus you begin your new life in the year it is.
This New Year will now begin and with this new year I'll be a new man. A man more responsible, a man with more confidence a better man than the old one. A new me will rise in this new year and this year I will a start it with my head held high and start it off in an amazing way. This year, many things will be changed but it will be changed in a good way. I now start my 2019 with a smile on my face.
